Throughout a 20-plus year career in Technology and Chamber of Commerce Leadership, Consulting and Entrepreneurship, I have accumulated a broad and diverse portfolio of skills and industry awareness. The key to my success, however, has been in recognizing and developing the unique contributions of the individuals, teams and volunteers with whom I have worked.
Having recently identified the innate talents that enable my professional effectiveness and fulfillment, regardless of role, title, organization or industry, I am now intentionally playing to my strengths. The discovery and refinement of my top 5 talents were so impactful, I was inspired to pursue Certification with Gallup.
Now, it is my great privilege to offer StrengthsGenius™ workshops for organizations, project teams and to other professionals motivated to access, understand, and utilize their innate talents productively in the workforce.
I invite you to explore the site and reach out to me with questions or to schedule a workshop. Additionally, I am so grateful for all the employers, organizations and people who have contributed to the unfolding of my journey.

“I had read the StrengthsFinder 2.0 book, but the trick is knowing what to do with the information about your natural talents and how to make them strengths. Lori made it so easy – step by step. I absolutely loved this workshop! Lori walked us through our talents and then how to use them to our best advantage (as Strengths) and I found the workshop to be extremely beneficial.”
